POS-X Thermal Printer Uninstallation

This guide will walk you through the steps to uninstall a POS-X Thermal Printer from your computer.

1. Disconnect the printer: Turn off the printer and disconnect it from your computer.

2. Remove the printer software: Open the Control Panel and navigate to Programs and Features. Look for the POS-X Printer software and click on it. Click on Uninstall.

3. Follow the prompts: The uninstaller will guide you through the process of removing the printer software, click Next until you get to Finish.

4. Remove any remaining files: After the uninstaller has finished, you should delete any remaining files or folders related to the printer. Navigate to C:\Program Files\POS-X\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\POS-X\ and delete any folder related to the printer.

5. Remove the printer driver: Open the Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X and selecting Device Manager from the list of options. Find your POS-X Printer under Printers or Other Devices, right-click on it, and select Uninstall device.

6. Reboot your computer: Restart your computer to complete the uninstallation process.
